The Dream Justice Cohort is a training program created to provide justice-impacted leaders with the skills they need to change the criminal justice system – from organizing and advocacy to media skills. Participants are joined by our talented staff and previous cohort graduates and receive the most innovative training for justice leaders across the country.

The Dream Entrepreneurs Network is a diverse group of innovators who are using their lived experience to transform communities most impacted by climate change and mass incarceration. Our goal is to build and support a pipeline of 100 minority-owned climate entrepreneurs to become stewards of historic climate investments, capturing $50B+ in economic benefits over the next 10 years.

In partnership with the NBA Foundation we created the Justice Next Cohort – a skill-building and leadership development program to empower and equip the next generation of individuals who are impacted by the criminal justice system or the climate crisis.  Our Sacramento cohort application has closed, application for our Arizona cohort will open in Fall 2024.

The Climate Tech Career Pathways Scholarship Fund is looking to change the face of the industry by empowering untapped talent to enter the climate tech and sustainability. Dream.Org seeks to elevate people from diverse communities to position them for employment, shaping a more inclusive future while reducing negative environmental impacts that have disproportionate effects on communities of color.

The Justice Innovation Prize is an open call for innovative, impactful, feasible, and scalable ideas to end the cycle of mass incarceration. The Justice Innovation Prize Pitch competition is free and open to the public. Watch the Justice Innovation Prize Documentary. 

Dream.Org announced the launch of our Dream.Org Business Council Fellowship Program. Made possible with support from Google.Org and Google Nest, the program is awarding 10 fellowships of $20,000 to professionals who are looking to develop their careers in the clean energy sector.

The Justice Innovation fellowship supports entrepreneurs building innovations that improve the lives of individuals and communities impacted by the justice system and reduce the footprint of the criminal justice system.

This robust fellowship program will expand upon the groundwork Village Capital and AmFam Institute started in 2020 including building and mapping the Justice Tech ecosystem in the US and launching an Investing Framework to help inform investors in this nascent space on how to approach making ethical Justice Tech investments.
